Sales Tax statement

Sales tax on Success Promotion’s merchandise is charged to customers with a Missouri shipping address. All customers are required to pay their state sales and use tax based on their state's regulations and their organization's tax status.

Return Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage immediately. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value within the first 15 days of receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the item. You will be sent a confirmation email when your credit card is refunded. Please be aware that many times this confirmation email goes to your spam.
